SKA SKA SKA. Delicious ska. Possibly not everyone’s cup of tea, but personally I’ve always loved the uplifting and unifying power of this music, with a sense of joy and soul at its beating heart, whilst still not being afraid to tackle social issues along the way.

The initial aim was just to make a wee ditty that was danceable, positive and a love-letter to one of my favourite types of music. Two-tone also seemed like the ideal musical reference point to also talk about the shit-storm that is 2020 though (i.e. the pandemic. heightened social anxieties, racial division, the rise of right-wing populism, and the 'culture wars' that are in vogue).

So, here’s a song. Have a dance and smile for a while :)
